We do not offer C.O.D. as an option for payment.

However, if you do not have a credit card account you may send a check or ACH the funds to us along with a copy of your quote:

There is No Minimum to Order from A Classy Lady LLC, however there are some mfgs who have order minimums to be able to process ship directs.  As such on orders under $100, there may be a delay as these will need to be shipped to Florida and then out to you.

All orders entered online will be reviewed by a customer service representative to assess the freight value based on the weight and size of items being ordered and the location to which they are being shipped. We will do our best to accurately assess your freight value by using integrated tools we have available through UPS. An order confirmation with an estimated freight charge will be sent to you after the review.

Shipping Policy and Rates – US Domestic

Addresses inside the 48 Contiguous United States and US military post offices are considered domestic addresses. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, the following shipping methods are available: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. Air orders have a cut off time of 12pm EST. Any order placed after 12pm EST cannot be guaranteed to ship the same day. Please call 908-413-1044 for all urgent requests. All Air orders will be charged freight charges once the product has shipped from the warehouse. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and accurate charges will be applied to your order.

Oversized Materials

Some items will have an added surcharge due to size or weight (i.e. brushes, large motors, skirt assemblies, tires) etc. If you are not sure if your item is oversized or heavy please call our 908-413-1044 for more information.

 

NEW EQUIPMENT Shipping

Payment

All equipment sales are 100% prepay only unless your facility is a State, Federal, or Local entity.  Payments can be made via either wire transfer, cashier’s check, credit cards, or leasing/financing through a 3rd Party Bank. Payment via business check or personal check will result in delays of shipping of as much as five business days in order to verify funds.


Credit Card Fees

Equipment orders purchased via credit card may be subject to an additional fee as much as 5% of the total purchase amount.
