Refund policy

PARTS RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 25% restock fee will be applied and all return freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to reference the item number, quantity, and order number when requesting a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at AClassyLadyLLC@gmail.com. Please note returns must be approved by a Customer Service Representative and you must have a RGA to return any items.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Some credit card fees may not be refundable to the customer due to the policies of A Classy Lady LLCs merchant services provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, your customer service representative would have informed you during your ordering process. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NEW EQUIPMENT

We have a 10 Business-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the unused, original packaging. A 25% restock fee will be applied, provided the equipment was not a stock item) and all return freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. You’ll need to reference the item number, quantity, and order number when requesting a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs of accepting delivery, if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any shipment with external damaged, must be noted on the Bill of Lading and photos taken and emailed to AClassyLadyLLC@gmail.com prior to signing for the unit. Use Subject Line: URGENT DAMAGED MACHINE UPON DELIVERY

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, this includes new machines where accessories have been changed from the manufacturer’s specifications. The words non-returnable should appear on your order confirmation. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Any item leased or financed, there is no option to exchange or return the machine.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 25% restock fee will be applied to any non-stock item and all return freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to reference the item number, quantity, and order number when requesting a return.
